Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but may vary due to external circumstances. Cherish Days is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Cherish Days purchase. Please contact us at hello@cherishdays.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order if your item arrives damaged or faulty. Due to the nature of our products (including personalized and printed items), we do not offer returns for change of mind.
