• We do not accept inappropriate content. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or exclude any uploaded content that contains:

Our team reviews submitted files during production. If rejected, we'll contact you and issue a refund where appropriate.

If you save a date with us (for example "Mum's birthday, 12 March"), we keep the label, the day and month, and your email address, and we use them only to email you a reminder about three weeks before that date each year. We ask for your consent when you save a date.

• Please use a first name or nickname in the label; we don't need anyone's full name or other details.
• You can remove a date at any time in your profile or with the link in any reminder email, and we delete it straight away.
• We don't share these dates with anyone or use them for anything else.
